Sportmassage
Training, workload, and compensation patterns can cause muscles to tighten — affecting how your horse moves and performs. Sports massage for horses reduces tension, improves circulation, and supports faster, more effective recovery after exercise.
Sports massage can help with:
- Stiff or sensitive muscles
- Reduced suppleness
- Post-training recovery
- Injury prevention
A supple horse moves more freely — and that shows in everything you do together.
Relaxation Massage
Rest, balance, and well-being — for body and mind
Relaxation massage is a gentle, unhurried form of massage focused entirely on well-being. It helps your horse unwind both physically and mentally — supporting a supple, healthy body.
Many horses carry tension without us realising it — from training, stress, changes in their environment, or simply the demands of daily life. Relaxation massage helps release that tension and restores the body's natural balance.
Bit Fitting
A well-fitted bit is the foundation of clear communication between rider and horse. When a bit doesn't suit the anatomy of the horse's mouth, it can cause discomfort, tension, or resistance — often without the rider knowing why.
During a bit fitting session, I look at:
- The anatomy of the mouth
- The current bit and bridle
- The horse's response
- The connection between rider and horse
Based on that assessment, we find the bit that fits best — for comfortable contact, clear communication, and a relaxed horse.
